Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Artistic Home Decor-Specific Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized decor items
- Digital downloads and e-gift cards
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Perishable items or items with an expiration date
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following condition requirements:
- Must be unused and in the original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Items must not be damaged or altered in any way
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
